Project Management Officer (Smart Buildings)

Smart Building Project Management Officer – Core Responsibilities: Provide strategic support across various projects.
Manage and distribute project documents on platforms like Procore and Project Plus.
Ensure all teams have access to the relevant project folders and documentation.
Schedule workshops, site visits, and coordination meetings.
Assist with health and safety processes, including RAMS and permits.
Coordinate equipment deliveries and site inductions.
Track and update project items through RFIs and open task trackers.
Escalate issues to the Project Manager when necessary.
Smart Building Project Management Officer – Profile: Experience in M&E, Smart, Controls, or Software Project Management.
Familiarity with M&E and control systems.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Understanding of systems such as BrickSchema, Project Haystack, and cloud data storage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
