Project Lead

Due to an internal promotion, our client is now seeking a new Facilities Management Project Lead to jointly head up their Scottish FM presence.

The Scottish FM business is one of the best performing parts of their business and is jointly headed up by two regional Project Leads. One has very recently accepted an internal promotion, making this role available.

Ideal locations for the preferred candidate to cover this region would be Glasgow or Edinburgh or nearby to either.

The FM Projects role is both a sales-focused position, selling FM project solutions to both existing and new clients, as well as managing each FM project with the team from 'cradle to grave'.

Someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, motivate others, take pride in each project they and their team deliver, and cultivate exceptional client relationships will succeed in this exciting role.

Interviewing during December 2024 with the view to appoint quickly due to the role being a backfill position.
