Project Lead

Job Description & Skill Requirement:
1.
Leading on-site projects in their design, planning, scoping, and execution
2.
Onsite coordination with all stakeholders incl.
suppliers/vendor, agencies/ contractor etc.

3.
Review of AutoCAD drawings, drawings/document management.

4.
Support in preparation and review of concept equipment layout/arrangement
5.
Collect user requirements from individual stakeholders and draft the user requirements specification document (URS)
6.
Site coordination for inputs, Redline drawings and coordinate for engineering support, as and when required.

7.
Preparation of project schedule and aligning with Client
8.
Preparation of project status report and participation in daily/regular site meeting and design review meetings.

9.
Chair the meetings with Project stakeholders to update on project progress.

10.
Preparation of Tender document/SOW document
11.
Floating of enquiries, vendor offer review and preparation of TBA and supporting client in finalization of vendors.

12.
Project execution including coordination with Site team, vendors and contractors for installation and commissioning.

13.
Assist Client project manager(s) to develop a detailed level 2 Schedule, if required, indicating all major milestone and sequencing of the tasks.

14.
Review and propose design and tie-ins.

15.
Proficiency in English Language.
