Project Finance Lawyer - Energy & Infrastructure

A Transatlantic Mega firm are looking for a project finance Senior/ Associate to join their team


You will be 3+ PQE from a well-regarded firm with experience in energy and infrastructure finance looking to develop their global mindset.


The role focuses on energy & infrastructure finance on both brownfield and greenfield financings.
You will be advising international sponsors, developers and banks in UK and international finance transactions across transport and social infrastructure, renewables and emerging/convergence assets such as battery storage and other energy transition projects.


In this role, you can benefit from the international exposure, the high quality work and the development on offer.
