Our client is on the lookout for a Project Engineering Manager to join their growing team in Greater London.

From proposal handover to project completion, you'll be the driving force behind successful delivery—ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

You'll tackle challenging opportunities across Low Carbon and Energy Transition sectors, including: CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilisation & Storage) Green and Blue Hydrogen Offshore Wind Waste to X Emissions Reduction Additionally, you'll help develop traditional international energy projects with responsibility and innovation.
We need individuals who are hands-on, collaborative, and looking to make a long-term impact as part of our high-performing and close-knit team.
What You'll Do: Lead and manage the interface between multiple disciplines, engineering centres, project controls, procurement teams, and external contractors/suppliers.
Ensure engineering designs are consistent across the board and delivered on time and within budget, with minimal supervision.
Support project progress, reporting, and manage accountability alongside the Project Manager.
Play a key role in bid preparation, writing proposals, and assisting in project execution plans to win and deliver new projects.
Oversee Engineering Design Reviews, ensuring all actions are closed out effectively.
Assist in strategic procurement planning, particularly for long-lead items.
Support and lead projects through FEED, detailed design, and EPC phases.
What We're Looking For: We need someone who is enthusiastic, skilled, and has the ambition to influence the future of energy.
Here's what you'll bring to the table: Master's degree in engineering, with Chartered status being a plus.
Solid experience in FEED, detailed design, and EPC projects in the Oil & Gas or Low Carbon Energy Transition sectors.
Comprehensive understanding of engineering disciplines, safety and quality procedures, and international equipment specifications and codes.
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with global stakeholders.
A proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems and meet critical deadlines.
