In this role, you will work with advanced laser technology, contributing to a range of innovative applications across fields like precision engineering, scientific research, and emerging technologies.As a Project Engineer , you will be at the forefront of both internal and customer-facing projects, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in optics and laser technology.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in optics, systems engineering , or related fields, with experience in project management .
You will lead projects from the planning phase through to delivery, coordinating both internal teams and client interactions.
Additionally, you will gain hands-on experience designing systems, conducting proof-of-concept trials, and running live demonstrations for clients.
The role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements , with on-site presence required for hands-on tasks, and remote work possible when managing meetings or administrative work.
