Project Engineer Up to £55k (doe) Wakefield - Hybrid We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our esteemed team in South Leeds.
This role demands a professional with a strong technical background to provide 3rd line infrastructure support and lead multiple high-impact projects, including Azure migrations, implementations, and comprehensive design solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert 3rd line infrastructure support, ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT systems.
Lead and manage multiple complex projects from inception through to successful completion.
Execute Azure migrations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to business operations.
Design and implement robust, scalable infrastructure solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Maintain thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and project milestones.
Technical Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in 3rd line infrastructure support with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
Expertise in Azure migrations, implementations, and administration.
Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and VMware.
Strong understanding of networking principles and technologies (e.g., DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Desired: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent.
