50% Hybrid WFH West Midlands Ducting Design E ngineer Project Engineer, involves design engineer, project management and customer visits.
Hybrid working 2 or 3 days at home each week.
The other days youll be visiting customer sites to take measurements, and plan out the project.
Head office in Lancashire, so need to be able to visit office 2-3 times a month £38,000 to £49,500 salary according to experience Company car 22 days leave plus bank holidays Medium sized company in the UK, International Business with UK base.
Ducting Design E ngineer Project Engineer, involves CAD design engineer, project management and customer visits.
Design Project Engineer activities include CAD design and planning industrial ducting projects for dust control and fume extraction projects.
So a Design Engineer background, and the ability to work with customers would be a good career background together with design engineer skills The Project Design Engineer working week is typically 2-3 days with customers and 2-3 days work from home to produce engineering designs, and a few times a month going into the office in Yorkshire or Lancashire.

Visiting customer sites to take measurements, determine requirements and assess the site.
Creating detailed CAD design for ducting, and specifying the correct equipment for air handling, fume extraction and dust control capacity.
Project Engineer planning and managing project timelines, coordinate the ordering process with colleagues, and confirm budgets and timelines with the customer.
Liaise with the installation team and commissioning team to ensure good handover.
Negotiable Salary £ 38 ,000 to £49,500 guideline, 8% employer pension contribution, 25 days off (+BHols) & company-wide bonus often worth around 5%.
The ideal background and skills for this Ducting Project Engineer include engineer design engineer, project management and engineering customer skills suited to an engineer to engineer relationship.
Engineering degree, HND or Level 4 Engineering Apprenticeship Design engineer 3D CAD drawing skills; creating & updating mechanical engineering 3D CAD drawings.
AutoCAD ideal, but any CAD experience can be relevant for the design engineering work.
Ability to travel to industrial sites, sometimes requiring a long day, and also the ability to work from home.
Negotiable Salary £ 38 ,000 to £49,500 guideline, 8% employer pension contribution, 25 days off (+BHols) & company-wide bonus often worth around 5%.
