Position: Subsea Project Engineer Location: London, United Kingdom Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + up to 25% bonus About Us: We are an innovative energy company, looking to expand our talented team with a Subsea Project Engineer to support exciting offshore projects.

Role Overview: In this role, you will work closely with the Subsea Engineering Manager to support a range of subsea projects from initial design through to final commissioning.
You'll have the chance to collaborate across teams, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of subsea systems.
This role is based in our London office, with occasional travel to project sites.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, planning, and execution of subsea projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Provide troubleshooting and engineering support for existing subsea equipment.
Coordinate project activities, including cost management, scheduling, and contractor oversight.
Support the development of in-house subsea intervention capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Contribute to project close-out reports and lessons learned sessions.
What We're Looking For: Engineering degree (BSc/MSc) with at least 4 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Familiarity with subsea systems, including XTs, SPS, controls, and umbilicals/flowlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
A hands-on, "DIY" attitude, and a willingness to travel for field work.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
