Director (Project Manager), Risk & Insurance – M&A & Transaction Solutions, London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director (Project Manager / "PM") in the Risk & Insurance ("R&I") team within Aon's M&A and Transactions Solutions ("AMATS") practice in London.
Our global AMATS practice comprises Insurance, Human Capital, Cyber & Digital, Intellectual Property and ESG experts with a dedicated focus on transactional activity. The R&I team provides insurance advisory services to private equity and infrastructure funds, as well as strategic (corporate) clients, on buy-side and sell-side M&A opportunities and delivers Lender Insurance Advisory ("LIA") services on project finance transactions.
The primary responsibility of the PM will be to undertake M&A insurance due diligence engagements which provide project management and advisory services to Buyers and Sellers in the pre-acquisition and pre-sale environment. The project work will consist of insurance due diligence, planning for post-closing insurance programmes, new entity cost structures, and reviewing applicable transaction documentation. Additionally, the role will involve the proactive identification of any additional M&A insurance solutions and wider advisory services that Aon may also be able to provide to clients during the transaction and following the completion of a deal.
