Project Director / Director - Project Manager Commercial Development £100m-500m Independent Consultancy £95,000 - £130,000 + bonus + benefits, London This independent project consultancy are currently instructed on an array of high profile commercially led developments in central London with contract values ranging £100m-500m.
Due to on going new project instructions, they are keen to speak with Project Managers at Project Director / Director level who can act in a project and client lead capacity.
About you: You will ideally be a project management professional with 10+ years experience in a consultancy or client leading large and complex redevelopment projects for investor/developer clients.
Additional candidate attributes: Degree qualified in a property related subject Ideally chartered such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent 10+ years project management experience within a consultancy or client Experience delivering large scale cut & carve / redevelopment projects Proven in JCT contracts Strong commercial acumen Excellent written and verbal communication They offer: Mentor programme Wellness allowance Annual bonus Private medical Life assurance Flex working
