ROLE PURPOSE The Project Director role is the day-to-day lead on a key client account and specific projects. You are a driving force behind their account(s) and projects from an operational, commercial and creative standpoint. You are consistently engaged and proactive, demonstrating passion for creative and technology, sharing this with the teams during the process, improving the creative product and overall operational experience for both colleagues and clients alike.
As Project Director you will provide oversight and ownership for the successful delivery of all creative, leading a team of project managers, working hand-in-hand with the agency Business Leadership team, managing scopes of work, timings and budgets in close partnership.
You will be responsible for leading a creative delivery hub, driving multi-disciplinary functions across inter-agency and client teams in EMEA, delivering successful multi-channel campaigns. You will oversee a piece of client business with input into annual scopes of work, resource management, ensuring profitability and delivery precision alongside the Business Leadership team.
RESPONSIBILITIES A champion of creative excellence and operational leader of the client's agency hub across EMEA.The key point of contact for client requests, triaging and trafficking projects in a timely manner to inter-agency and local market teams as required.Ensures agency and client specific processes are followed, keeping Business Leadership, Resource Management, and the broader Project Management teams up to date with the flow of incoming briefs, and status of live projects.Consistently liaises and collaborates with inter-agency and client project teams to ensure that project timing plans, deliverables lists, scopes of work, and other necessary requirements are up to date.Responsible for following the correct creative approval process, internally and externally.Overseeing resourcing at an account level, ensuring the correct specialist support is available as and when required, ensuring workflows are adhered to, and costs are managed efficiently.Attends relevant account weekly status, resource meetings and department meetings, including close collaboration with global teams working on the same client in other regions/hubs.Attends and is an active participant in key client presentations.Ensures that all relevant financial documentation is kept up to date including scope of work, scope changes, estimates, burn reports and invoices/purchase order administration.Can act as a leader within the team and help to support and mentor more junior members as required.WORKING WITH US Joining Dentsu Creative, you will be part of a creative network, delivering ideas at the intersection of brand, culture, and commerce.
