What You'll Do: Lead Projects: Manage large-scale, high-budget events from start to finish.
Oversee client communication, production elements, and budget management.
Inspire and Innovate: Drive creative content development and inspire emotional engagement.
Organize and lead creative meetings.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain operational excellence and exceed client expectations.
Handle full event logistics, including global delegate management.
Drive Financial Success: Control project budgets, ensure timely reporting, and keep projects cash positive.
Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and GDPR standards.
Build Relationships: Manage supplier relationships for top service and pricing.
Lead and develop your project team to perform at their best.
What You Bring: Experience: 8+ years in event production, preferably in an agency.
Global Perspective: Experience with large budget international events.
Creative Leadership: Strong content development skills.
Logistics Expertise: Proven ability to manage global delegate logistics.
Flexibility: Based in the Midlands office 2-3 days a week, with some international travel.
Drive: Must be a car driver.
