Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £35,000
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate cost estimates for projects and bids.

You'll contribute to the success of our initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring estimates align with the project scope, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing cost estimates of moderate complexity, following company processes and standards.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather accurate inputs and validate alignment with project objectives.
Maintaining detailed records, including assumptions, risks, exclusions, and dependencies, in the Basis of Estimate.
Analysing uncertainties and risks to ensure robust cost models.
Keeping estimates up to date by managing scope changes effectively.
Providing timely updates and feedback to team members and other stakeholders.

What You'll Need:
Minimum qualifications: A-Level, ONC/HNC, or equivalent.
A foundational understanding of estimating techniques and cost modelling.
Familiarity with various types of cost estimates and methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
