WHAT TO EXPECT Come and join JLR as a Project Coordinator in Motorsport Operations.
As a Project Coordinator within JLR Motorsport, you'll be at the heart of our Corporate Affairs & Motorsport Chapter, helping drive the strategy, planning, and delivery of our global motorsport activities.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play an essential role in ensuring that our motorsport initiatives meet the highest standards of modern luxury and performance.
In this fast-paced role, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across JLR, bringing ambition, and a can-do attitude to every project.
This is a unique chance to make an impact in supporting the overall management of the JLR Motorsport fleet of car assets.
You'll be dealing with JLR's motorsport activities and helping to captivate audiences worldwide.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Responsible for Inventory management for all physical assets including racing memorabilia, Show cars, Team wear, and merchandise Management, distribution, and co-ordinating the sale activations for all Team wear and Merchandise Manage the UK and international travel logistics for specified team members, including the coordination of visa requirements, hotels and transfers Responsible for the ordering, scheduling, and upkeep of all JLR Motorsport show cars (dynamic and static) Overall management of the JLR Motorsport fleet of cars WHAT YOU'LL NEED Good operational problem-solving and organisational skills Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Computer skills to include as a minimum word, excel and PowerPoint Full valid driving license Ability to travel to domestic events, offices, and some race and test events Creating Modern Luxury requires a modern approach to work.
