Project Coordinator We are seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator with experience in a start-up or accelerator environment to support the smooth running of our Go Together accelerator programme.
This role will include cohort planning, scheduling meetings, organising events and managing invoices.
You will also support Programme Managers with day-to-day administration to ensure the success of each cohort.
Responsibilities Assist in refining and maintaining the planning processes for cohort programmes, ensuring all administrative tasks are well organised and timelines are adhered to.
Coordinate scheduling for meetings, including managing calendars, setting up appointments, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Provide administrative support during the onboarding of new Programme Managers, including organising and updating documentation, resources, and training materials.
Support Programme Managers by managing invoices, tracking expenses, and liaising with Finance as needed.
Assist with Coach communication, follow-up actions and maintaining a schedule for reporting and documentation.
Qualifications and experience: Previous experience as a Coordinator or Administrator within a start-up or accelerator environment.
Strong communication abilities, with a talent for creating clear, concise and user-friendly documentation.
Strong organisation skills, to manage multiple tasks and on time delivery.
Adept at using MS Office, project management tools and software to create workflows, schedules and reports.

Salary in the region of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
