Join us, we're an Investors in People Silver Standard CompanyThe RoleTo support the Contract Delivery Manager (CDM) and Project Managers (PM) in managing the operations for an assigned programme within a distribution area(s).
Take responsibility for driving programme delivery for both self, contract KPI targets and project manager(s).
Ensure work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety, environment, quality, customer service and profitability.
Drive consistency and innovation through everything you do to ensure Ground Control are the best at what we do!Role Responsibilities:Successful undertaking and completion of all Project Coordinator duties for your allocated works.Responsible for all operational support matters within assigned Projects, measured against, quality of work given, efficient tracking of tasks, driving to ensure strict timeframes are met, as well as ensuring client satisfaction throughout commercial process.
Operational support matters can be defined as but not limited to, creating and processing Project Costings and Job Packs.Ensure efficient communication with your assigned Project Manager(s) and relevant action taken to ensure projects are processed in good time for smooth and efficient project delivery on all projects.Booking and tracking of all Traffic Management works on Projects.Tracking project delivery in terms of volumes and desktop quality audits.Timely and effective reporting and communication through to your CDM.Ensure a collaborative working relationship with your assigned project manager(s) to assist in ensuring relevant cutting team(s), have a suitable work bank issued.Update and manage the Works Programme (Whereabouts), SD Programme, Held Up Programme, Planning Checklists, and all similar programmes for your assigned workload and area of responsibility.Participate in resolving any Held-Up spans/projects that need client or any other resolution.Develop a strong working relationship with the client's representative.Attend internal programming and planning meetings.Assist in the development of new starters in the team by providing PCO related training to all new starters.Responsible for your own programming and delivery of role outcomes.
