Project Coordinator

Job Description We are working with a client in the BN12 area of West Sussex who are recruiting for a Project Support CoordinatorThis position will be working as part of a small team, where you will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations.
The job role of Project Support Coordinator will include the following duties: Producing and sending project specific documentation out to customers.Liaising with customers to ensure project pre-requisites are in place for start of projectEnsuring documentation is returned from customers in advance of the projects startingDocument Creation and ManagementInvoicingApproving Consultants' ExpensesTravel and Accommodation BookingsManagement of consultant schedulesGeneral office admin The ideal candidate should have the following skills and qualities: At least one year of experience in a project support or office administration roleExcellent customer-facing skills over both email and telephoneExperienced in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelStrong skills in producing professional and well-structured documentationExcellent time management skillsStrong ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at one timeAbility to work as part of a small team but also be self-motivated to complete tasks on their own.
Package:Basic Salary £18,000 – £20,000 (depending on experience)Possibility of Flexible / home-working (after qualifying period)
