Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.
The Role As a Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for leading the project controls function within the company.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement project controls processes and systems.
Your role will involve managing project schedules, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting.
You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Responsibilities Manage the project controls team Project Planning Risk management Cost and change control Governance, reporting, and lessons learned Requirements Essential Previous experience as a project controls manager or planning manager Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Expert Knowledge in in P6, Microsoft Project, Excel and Power BI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Thorough knowledge of NEC contracts.
Experience in the engineering or construction industry.
