Project Controls Manager – Multibillion Infrastructure Programme Location: London hybrid working 2-3 days in the office, 2-3 days from home Full-time Salary: £70-80K base + £5K travel allowance + private medical health care + life insurance + additional benefits We are partnering with a forward-thinking and highly regarded consultancy, seeking a skilled Project Controls Manager to join a prestigious multibillion-pound infrastructure programme .
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project with complex challenges and long-term prospects.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will support the PMO and serve as the main liaison between stakeholders in areas such as scheduling, cost engineering, risk, and change management.
You will report directly to the Director overseeing the programme.
The next phase of the programme focuses on assisting the client with understanding funding intervals and developing the cost and schedule profile around these milestones.
Candidates with strong cost engineering expertise will be highly valued for this phase.
Looking ahead, the role will be essential in shaping and refining the overall project controls process, including reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Support the PMO and manage relationships with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
Assist in developing cost and schedule profiles aligned with funding intervals.
Lead the development of project controls processes, reporting, and dashboard systems.
Drive change management and risk management initiatives.
Ensure robust project control systems are in place for reporting and compliance.
What We're Looking For: Demonstrable expertise in project controls within infrastructure or construction programmes.
Strong cost engineering skills with experience using tools such as SAP , Prism , or EcoSys .
Advanced scheduling knowledge with proficiency in Primavera P6 .
Proven experience in project risk and change management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A background in major infrastructure , civil engineering , or complex engineering programmes with multi-layered controls.
