Due to the nature of the projects it is important that candidates can demonstrate a background in UK large-scale projects £10M and above, with experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes preferable.
Experience in leading a team is essential with the capability of liaising with clients and consultants effectively.
The right candidate will have experience in BIM and will have worked in a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping creative and functional design solutionsProducing high-quality technical drawings and specificationsLeading and coordinating multidisciplinary design teamsManaging client relationships and ensuring their vision is realisedQualifications & Required SkillsA fully qualified architect (ARB registered or equivalentMinimum 3-5 years post qualification experienceStrong design and technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit)Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5Track record in UK projects £10M and aboveEligibility: Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work inPreferred skillsProven experience delivering projects across multiple sectorsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesA collaborative approach and a passion for creating great placesExperience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemesApply today!Excited about this opportunity?
