As a Project Architect, you'll manage projects from inception to completion, contributing to groundbreaking designs that meet the highest technical and aesthetic standards.
Your Role As a Project Architect, you will:
Collaborate with Associates to lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages.
Develop design concepts and detailed Revit models.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality construction documents.
Work closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and maintain project excellence.
About You To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
Part III qualification (or equivalent).
Proven experience in project management and delivery of mid to large-scale developments.
Advanced proficiency in Revit , with strong technical and design skills.
A deep understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate and work independently.
