About The Role: The Crowd are partnered with an established, friendly, mid-sized architecture studio that are seeking a Project Architect with UK commercial/workplace experience to join their social and collaborative team.
Based out of a beautiful office in a vibrant part of town, the role will be responsible for leading a team and running large-scale commercial/workplace projects.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the sector through coordination and technical stages with strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes and proficiency in Revit.
This is a great opportunity to work on noteworthy commercial projects in London from design development to project handover stages within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities: Closely working with the Project Director to deliver large-scale commercial projects Liaise with consultants and the wider project team Deliver projects through tender and constructions stages Lead and manage the team through design stages to technical drawing production Present design concept to clients and external consultants Key Skills/Requirements: Experience working on at least one UK commercial office project is necessary for the role Proficiency in Revit is essential Knowledge of UK building regulations and UK planning processes Strong technical understanding through construction stages Experienced in liaising with project teams and external consultants Effective time management and multitasking abilities Strong team player with a positive and collaborative approach To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
