Searchability NS&D are currently recruiting a Project Manager for a UK leading National Security & Defence organisation.

Proficient in delivering project management and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensures alignment across the team on requirements, scope, schedule, costs, constraints, risks, and interfaces.
Leads the project team by fostering motivation, collaboration, coaching, guidance, and professional development.
Implements governance frameworks in line with corporate and business policies, directives, and procedures to ensure robust project outcomes.
Prioritizes safety at every stage of project delivery.
Manages projects within agreed budgets.
Oversees risk and opportunity management from project initiation to completion.
Administers and negotiates change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Manages the procurement process for approved subcontractors.
Provides clear and accurate monitoring and reporting on project performance against program, technical quality, financial metrics, and KPI targets, both internally and externally.

The Project Manager is accountable for overall performance of assigned work packages, including:
Delivery of assigned packages of work as per the NEC4 contract conditions.
Cost and schedule performance of assigned work packages.
Risk management.

Experience in the requirements of design in a Marine Environment
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a project as a Project Manager in a highly regulated industry.
Experience of risk management.
HND in a related engineering/construction/project management discipline.
