The Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) business provides differentiated value, extraordinary service, and unrivaled expertise to Card Members seeking leisure or business travel, as well as a variety of lifestyle/concierge services.How will you make an impact in this role?We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst to join the TLS Global Business Integration team for a 12-month secondment to cover maternity.
This Project Analyst will be able to demonstrate strong business acumen and clear thought leadership as a complement to their project and change management skills.This role is pivotal to the successful integration and execution of multiple change initiatives for our global organization.
This Project Analyst will lead and/or support the integration of initiatives to the front line servicing colleague and they will have responsibility for coordinating efforts across TLS and Enterprise teams including; TLS Operations, TLS and GSG Capabilities, GLKM, GOCM, Central and Local Product and Global Strategic Partnerships.
They will ensure seamless integration of initiatives preparing teams to deliver the best Card Member experience.Role Responsibilities:Participates in, and leads the planning and implementation of new projects, products, programs, and initiatives partnering with key workstream owners across the businessCoordinates activities and tasks across internal TLS and Enterprise teamsMaintain a thorough understanding of the areas affected by the project including its strategies, functions, processes, and operations.
Maintain a functional understanding of the systems and applications impacted by the project or initiative.Maintain close alignment with operations teams to properly represent them and solicit feedback throughout the project lifecycle Support coordination of changes to operational processes through knowledge management toolsFully understands the impact the initiative has on the Operational KPIs, to ensure the metrics are protected.Build and maintain great relationships across the different support functions and partner closely with multiple teams (project, training, capabilities communications, work force management etc.
)Present to large scale audiences.Minimum QualificationsFlexibility to work across global time zones as requiredProject management & change management skillsSuperior, detail-oriented verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively influence and communicate complex information to a variety of audiencesPassion for communications and understanding of how best to convey change across different levels within the organizationExcellent prioritization and time management with strong thought leadership and an enterprise approachKnowledge of content management systems is a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience within Travel and Lifestyle industry essentialExperience and understanding of the Platinum and Centurion ProductsExperience working with cross-functional teams to deliver change is advantageous Experience working with PowerPoint and Excel essentialWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
