We are actively seeking a Project Administrator based at our Swadlincote office to help drive projects and ensure all aspects of the project are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities - Project Coordinator Support the project team by coordinating and supporting projects Call and coordinate with the clients on their needs Raise order requests Update the project database Prepare paperwork for the project managers Qualifications Project coordination and management skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience with project documentation and reporting Knowledge of Health & Safety standards in construction Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Attention to detail and problem-solving skills coordinating all project team members so workflow remains on schedule.
