Your new role Supporting the Project Manager - liaising with various stakeholders and extensive diary management.
Arranging meetings, attending meetings and taking minutes, meeting agendas and ; Supporting the development and transition for the Project Management Office to new ways of working / working improvements General office administration support What you'll need to succeed Using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel Managing diaries, organising meetings Collating meeting papers, taking minutes, managing Action Logs Keep documents and databases updated Proofreading and formatting documents Proactive and enthusiastic Strong team player What you'll get in return £ per hour hours per week (Monday to Friday), 9am – 5pm Office-based, Cardiff - accessible via public transport and on-site parking 3-6 month temporary role
