As the role is office based within Construction Industry, Admin experience within the Construction / Building / Roofing Industry is essential for candidates to possess.Due to the role being office based, candidates must also live within a combatable distance from Kidderminster to be considered for this role.Responsibilities & Duties: To perform administrative tasks to ensure each phase of project is delivered on time to the customers satisfactionTo be able to be self-motivated and manage your own time to meet deadlines.
The role is office based; you may have to work alone on occasionTo follow business processes and work as part of the team to achieve business targetsDay to Day administration of JobsTo ensure each job has the relevant project information recorded both electronically & in project file.To collate & supply job reports upon the customer's requestTo ensure all relevant H&S paperwork is issuedTo support management in delivering project on time to agreed delivery dates, within budget and to specificationTo manage customer expectations and ensure these are communicated and understood by the team & Sub-ContractorsLiaising with clients and answering their queriesArranging site visits with customersMaintaining the calendar & ensuring reminders set for client meetings / site visitsCheck deliveries received to office/site, where applicableQuotations – Ensure all quote requests are flagged & deadlines adhered toTo ensure sub-contractors work is scheduledEnsure Enquiry Register & project Tracker is up to dateTo monitor customer satisfactionTo ensure project communication is carried outTo ensure document control process is followed About you: Building/roofing trade experience/knowledge is essentialAdmin Experience within the Construction / Building / Roofing Industry is essentialProficient in excelGood telephone mannerAttention to detailGood inter-personal skills with all levels of customer's and staffA strong communicator with positive attitude and a team playerAbility to work reactively
