How will you make an impact in this role?
Global Partner & Operational Support (GPOS) is the global third-party center of excellence for phone and non-phone servicing, insurance, and consumer and commercial business initiatives. The Strategic Planning and Analytics (SPA) team offer critical support within GPOS, and our mission is to deliver insightful data & reporting solutions that drive customer and partner value, protect the enterprise, and elevate the colleague experience.

Our team is searching for Programmer Analyst Lead who will report to the Director of Strategic Planning and Analytics. Critical to the role is intellectual curiosity, a proactive nature, attention to detail, comfort with data & financials, and strong work ethic. The Programmer Analyst will work within a team that support business requirements via accurate reporting delivery and ad hoc data/analytical requests. To do this successfully, the analyst will need to build a deep understanding of the business model and programs, have excellent analytical skills and good relationships at all levels.

To build and manage data solutions and reporting products that meet the business needs as required.
To use data analysis to drive results.
To work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, to ingest relevant data and to be proficient in data extraction, data manipulation, data visualisation, product automation and product publication.

Minimum Qualifications
Organization skills and the ability to multi-task whilst meeting tight deadlines.
Strong technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and accurately.
Outstanding organization and problem-solving skills with an analytical mind-set and the ability to multi-task whilst meeting tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of big data environment and related tools (Cornerstone, Lumi, Hive, Python, MLS).
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visual Basic, Access Database).
Strong analytical skills andexperience in reporting/data analytics role (accessing, querying, analyzing complex datasets across multiple business processes/platforms).

Preferred Qualifications
Experience automating products (working with Jethro Team).
Experience publishing to Nvision and/or XVision.
Call Center and/or 3rdParty vendor experience preferred.
Direct Report experience preferred.
Experience building impactful data visualizations using Tableau in a test environment (E2).
Experience working with Tableau tech teams to publish dashboards in E3environment.
