Programme Manager

Role – Programme Manager (12-month FTC) Office travel – Hybrid Location - Colchester Salary – £75,000 - £80,000 + Benefits Infinite are working with a growing business in Colchester to recruit for a Programme Manager on an FTC basis for 12 months.
Role Responsibilities: Lead the programme lifecycle from initiation through to successful delivery and Hypercare, ensuring all deliverables are met.
Establish and define the programme's organisational structure, governance frameworks, and sponsorship requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive programme roadmaps that align with strategic objectives, regularly updating and tracking progress.
Skills & Experience Required: Retail and/or supply chain knowledge & experience Experience with large scale system-to-system data migration Enterprise data warehouses (particularly Snowflake), including new data pipeline creation between in-house and external data sources as well as business analytics report creation (particularly in Power BI) enabling the business to harness the power of data for strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
