MK Recruit is exclusively sourcing an experienced and strategic Business and Programme Manager to join our client, a cutting-edge niche manufacturer based in Coatbridge.

This role has been created after an exciting internal promotion, and is ideal for a driven senior level candidate looking to lead large-scale projects and drive business growth.

Requirements Educated to degree level in a technical discipline (business degree would be desirable) At least 5 years of experience in business management, project, or program management within a manufacturing environment (complex manufacturing would be highly desirable) Proven track record of delivering complex programs and projects aligned with strategic objectives.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team management skills.
Experience in budget management with ability to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities Program and Project Management Lead the delivery of large, cross-functional programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Develop and manage program plans, budgets, and schedules.
Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Manage program budgets and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
Business Development Align programs with business strategy and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to refine business objectives and customer portfolios as well as building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program and business performance.
Leadership and Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
