Our international manufacturing client are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to take a leadership role in managing and coordinating compliance strategies.
Your work will ensure the divisional teams, product companies, and service businesses are aligned with overall goals and equipped with the tools and skills to deliver critical projects.
This role will require 20% international travel and hybrid working onsite in West Sussex.
What you'll be doing: Drive the successful delivery of compliance strategies and projects.
Ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps while meeting budgets, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to achieve business objectives.
Continuously track progress, address challenges, and ensure benefits are realised.
Present programme updates to stakeholders and executives.
Build and maintain relationships across business areas to drive collaboration.
Facilitate cross-functional decisions with divisional engineering, supply chain, and product teams.
Promote a continuous learning culture regarding global legislation.
Requirements: Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a global, complex organisation.
Holds a degree in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, materials, or chemistry (preferred).
Possesses a recognised Project or Programme Management qualification.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills across cultures and organisational levels.
Is adept at solving complex problems with a rational and pragmatic approach.
Thrives under pressure and adapts to change.
Can travel nationally and internationally as needed.
