Fixed Term 6 MonthsIf you are looking for a challenging and a rewarding opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in asset management, this is the role for you.
You will join a dynamic and collaborative team that is responsible for delivering a range of projects and programmes to improve the condition and performance of our highways and infrastructure assets.As a Programme Delivery Manager, you will have the opportunity to:Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of complex and high-profile programmes that align with the strategic objectives and priorities of the Asset Management Group and the wider organisationManage and coordinate multiple stakeholders, resources, risks, and issues across the programme lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and engagement at all levelsApply and promote best practices in programme management, governance, and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, policies, and proceduresDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including contractors, consultants, customers, and community groupsContribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the Asset Management Group, sharing your knowledge and experience with others and identifying opportunities for learning and developmentThis fixed term position will enable you to develop and demonstrate your leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, as well as your technical expertise in highway asset management.
