The applicants will be based at Culham, Oxfordshire This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) , including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data.
The Role : To provide professional and focused Programme Administration support to the STEP Programme To work cohesively with the STEP Business Services team reporting to the Business Support Manager To manage programme information and correspondence effectively, ensuring confidentiality and discretion To work in partnership with the Internal Communications team, to coordinate Programme events and briefings To collaborate with other STEP colleagues to update the STEP SharePoint with useful resources To provide travel booking support to the STEP Programme Make Purchases on behalf of the whole STEP Programme To actively support the STEP culture and equality and diversity Qualifications Essential Requirements: GCSE grade C and above, or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics.
