Akkodis is part of the Adecco Group.Akkodis is a commercial brand under which both AKKA and Modis entities operate.Scope:The Programme Manager will drive strategy definition and end-to-end delivery across Consulting & Solutions activities, ensuring service excellence, customer satisfaction, and seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.
This person provides both tactical and strategic governance, leading people management efforts aligned with the business's strategic vision to deliver impactful results.In this role, the Programme Manager actively contributes to business growth by managing critical customer relationships and supporting responses to technical bids.
They oversee risk management, proactively resolving issues to keep programs on track with set milestones.
Additionally, they are responsible for structuring the organization to best support delivery, recruiting and selecting skilled Project Managers to ensure the team's expertise meets the program's high standards for project and service delivery.RequirementsExperience as Programme manager with delivering large, diverse projects & programmes (£8M+ Revenue) within the Public sectorSignificant experience of managing technical teams in IT & Digital sector (functional management)Measured SuccessOperations performance: Programme KPIs at defined targets (OTD, OQD and Customer Satisfaction)Financial performance achieving expected targets and exceeding quality audit resultsTeam ramp-up target achievedTeam satisfaction at defined targets (project managers and consultant team).
