We are open to hiring candidates to workout of one of the following locations: London,Madrid Key jobresponsibilities Create roadmaps for projectimplementation and brief various teams on requirements Set measurable milestones for projects as well ascontinuous goal setting for ongoing programmes Collectand analyse data to drive project decisions and provide businessinsights Run meetings with partner teams to trackprogress, implement new initiatives, and improve existingprogrammes Document standards for projects and ensurecompliance Manage internal and externalstakeholders A day in the life Everyday is different as a Programme Manager.
You'll work bothindependently and collaboratively on projects, which may be atdifferent stages of the project lifecycle, from development todelivery.
You might spend your morning gathering data and feedbackto assess a programme pilot, then spend your afternoon discussing aresourcing plan for another project.
You will collaborate withother teams, track project progress, and share updates with keystakeholders.
Amazon is a data-drivenbusiness, so no matter which project you are implementing, part ofyour role will involve gathering insights to make decisions.
You'lltrial different ideas, analyse data to identify potentialchallenges, and present your findings to senior teams.

BASICQUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables,VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Bachelor'sdegree - Experience working cross functionally with techand non-tech teams - Experience defining programrequirements and using data and metrics to determineimprovements - Experience in program or projectmanagement - Experience implementing repeatable processesand driving automation or standardization - Experiencedefining and executing program requirements - Experiencedin designing and implementing data pipelines to extract, transform,and load data from various sources into the Amazon datawarehouse PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicatingresults to senior leadership - Experience leading processimprovements - Experience in stakeholder management,dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of theorganization - Experience building processes, projectmanagement, and schedules - Experienced in buildingprogram reporting mechanisms Amazon is anequal opportunities employer.
