Job Title : PMO Analyst
Based in Surrey – Hybrid role
Circa £45,000 per year We are seeking a highly organised and proactive PMO Analyst to join a dynamic and innovative technology services organisation.

About the Role :
As a PMO Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of project management activities.
You will be involved in supporting a diverse range of projects and programmes, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :
Process and track project demands, providing updates to stakeholders.
Maintain governance controls and document management systems.
Track delivery milestones, resource utilisation, and escalate gaps.
Prepare reporting materials and coordinate internal and client meetings.
Required Skills and Experience :
3-5 Years experience in a PMO Analyst role.
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficiency with tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
Experience in a PMO role managing projects, tracking milestones, and reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication abilities.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
