Programme Director What's the gig?
If you love jumping in and immersing yourself in challenging and exciting transformation work and you get energy from collaborating with clients to help them shape and execute their most ambitious transformations, then Muuto might be for you.
We are looking for a Programme Director who thrives on helping clients reimagine their organisations.
The sorts of people who are genuinely excited at the sight of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to drive strategy enablement or organisational pivots.
We get beneath the skin of organisations to help bring large-scale transformations to life through applying OD best-practice and a strong dose of pragmatism.
This includes supporting the creation of the high-level Target Operating Model (TOM), as well as the nitty-gritty of detailed organisational design to help our clients realise their strategic aims.
Who are Muuto and what do we do?
Muuto is an award-winning team of transformation consultants and programme managers recognised in The Sunday Times Hundred.
Our team has decades of experience in delivering complex projects for some of the world's leading organisations.
We believe ideas are easy, but execution is everything.
Our team works with our clients (C-suite execs, programme directors & sponsors) to provide expertise to design, establish and drive the delivery cadence of a transformation.
We lead a variety of complex transformation programmes with our clients.
Recently, we have further deepened our specialisation in organisation design, development, and the execution of complex changes, including mergers/acquisitions/carve-outs, complex re-structuring and resizing, onshore/offshore transitions and consolidation, and often deliver this kind of work as part of a broader strategic or digitally led transformation.
We help clients to realise value and defined benefits by translating strategy into execution, architecting the how of delivery and providing the delivery expertise to get it done.
How we do this is as important as what we do.
At Muuto, we are proud to: · Grow long-term relationships by being responsive and relevant.
· Operate as leaders and entrepreneurs at all levels.
· Take ownership.
When things don't go according to plan, we don't look for excuses or blame others, we put aside ego, take responsibility, and look for solutions.
· Be laser-focussed on value.
If we can't create client value we refocus, reframe, or retire.
