About The Role: You will support the Area HRBP for all Scotland Operations to guarantee the optimisation and standardisation of the HR WoW within the Plant.
You will provide input to the creation of the Site HR strategy and execute the HR continual improvement plan.
Supporting the site management team to manage roles, results, accountability, and people while also ensuring you support the HR Centre of Expertise to deliver value-adding activities.
Other key actions will cover: Performance and Reward – ensure alignment of all performance and reward processes on site.
Support pay negotiations.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers and Trade Unions Resourcing and Talent Planning – support the recruitment & selection process at site including high-volume temporary seasonal recruitment and integrate robust succession planning for key talent Organisation Development and Design– partner managers to execute and implement new design and support negotiations for organisational structure and change programmes – redundancy, changes to terms, flexibility etc.
Ensure vision for change is communicated to all employees as appropriate Supports oversight of training plans that support employees' professional development and improvement Demonstrate site principles and cultural behaviours to support the site culture Coaching – support the Managers with absence and ER case management to ensure consistency and fairness If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply now.
