We're representing an award winning, market leading training provider who provide apprenticeship training within Leadership & Management.
Our client are highly regarded and have 25+ years industry experience.
Role : CMI L5 Coaching Training and Delivery Specialist Reports to : Operations Manager Location : Remote, with travel to Central London Contract Type : 12 month FTC Salary : £35,000 Duties: Design and deliver engaging coaching courses, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all participants.
Shape the curriculum and prepare workshop materials, maintaining consistency and excellence throughout.
Facilitate face-to-face Masterclasses, blended, and digital learning, including Interactive Online Workshops (IOWs).
Attend face-to-face Masterclasses in Central London every month, travel costs will be covered.
Engage with learners, providing coaching, assessing progress, and evaluating teaching methods.
Drive learning impact through effective questioning techniques, active listening, and tailored coaching interventions.
Assess learner work and provide motivational and developmental feedback, meeting the CMI Level 5 Professional Coaching Practice assessment criteria requirements.
What You'll Need Experience in training and assessment with a TAQA 3 (or equivalent).
CMI Level 5 Professional Coaching qualification (or equivalent).
Ability to train to create the best learning experience and to pass on your coaching expertise to shape these coaches of the future.
Ideally, a Level 2 Safeguarding qualification, however, we will support you in obtaining this qualification if required.
