Production Team Leader / Supervisor

Team Leader - Manufacturing - Ashton Under Lyne Hours: Full time, permanent Salary - Competitive An opportunity to join a highly successful manufacturing Company running your own Production Department while working alongside the team within a busy light manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities: Leading, motivating and overseeing a team of production operatives.
Stock management, forecasting and re-ordering.
Supporting and training operatives and maintaining records.
Driving standards, improving quality controls and meeting deadlines.
Health & Safety departmental responsibility Operating and managing the maintenance of a range of machines.Ideal skills/experience: Experience within a light manufacturing environment.
Wood cutting/manufacturing experience ideal but not essential.
Ability to motivate and lead a team.
Highly organised with strong administration and communication skills.
Interest in process improvement and increasing performance.
Hardworking and motivated, happy to lead by example.If you have a can-do attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment this is a great opportunity to lead a strong team with the scope to progress withing the organisation.
