Working as a Production Team Leader for our client your benefits will be: Weekly Pay On-site Car Parking Canteen Facility Employee Wellness Program Canteen Facility Day to Day Duties   Working as a Production Team Leader for our client your duties will be: Take full responsibility of the site during shift times, including staff management, quality, production, quality targets, security and housekeeping Ensure all company policy, procedure and process are followed correctly Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance and downtime, with ownership taken for rout cause analysis Ensure adherence to Health and Safety rules and regulations during shift Work closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure production hand-overs are effective with precise communication tools To have an active role in the company's continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company Complete daily / weekly audits and follow through all actions Essential Skills Maintaining high levels of worker good timekeeping and attendance Positive communication with staff on all levels Skills needed to be a Production Team Leader with our client are:   Problem solving and troubleshooting skills are used to ensure all team members can identify root cause and take fast effective action to resolve the problems and prevent re-occurrence Ability to motivate staff through coaching, 1 2 1's meetings and smart objectives   What training is provided?
