As the Production Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of the organisation's operations, working within a fast-paced environment where you will be required to inspire and motivate your team to meet and exceed expectations.
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thurs (Rotating) Career Progression: Mapped succession plan for the right individual to become a Shift Manager.
Key Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards * Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and minimise waste * Ensure products are being delivered safely whilst maintaining high-quality * Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the team This is an exciting opportunity for established Production Team Leaders/Supervisors/Area Managers to step up in a thriving business where ambition is valued, and progression is rewarded.
