Production Team Leader About the Role: Our client is seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
Reporting to the Shift Performance Manager, this role is critical to maintaining operational excellence on a 24/7 shift pattern.

Actively promote and support a culture of safety in the workplace.
Drive production quality by identifying and resolving minor issues promptly, and escalating as needed, in alignment with our quality standards and systems.
Partner with the Shift Performance Manager to achieve production goals using Lean Manufacturing methodologies, identifying and resolving production challenges as they arise.
Lead and develop your team by providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, managing attendance, and handling any disciplinary actions.
Keep the team aligned and informed through effective communication and regular meetings.
Utilise SAP to address production issues efficiently, support gain-share initiatives, and work with the planning team to ensure smooth schedule management.
