Production Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a manufacturer based around Iver area within Buckinghamshire.
Salary: £43,000 Shift: 4 on 2 off shift rota covering early and late shifts, averaging 40 hours per week.
(6:45am 3:30pm) (3:45pm 12:30am) Location: Commutable from Iver Skills required for the Job Production Supervisor: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be involved in, amongst other things: Leading, developing, and motivating the site production team (Key Ops and Team Leaders), to ensure we have a positive and engaged workforce, including ensuring training has been completed and regular performance reviews are conducted, to reach and exceed KPIs.
Planning shifts to meet budgets, and handling absences in line with absence policy.
Maximising the service, cost, and quality performance of the site operations, by continually reviewing performance, and exploring opportunities to improve.
Introducing and delivering productivity improvements, promoting increased efficiencies, service, and quality performance, in line with KPI and budgetary requirements.
Liaising with customer services to deal with queries and requests.
Maintaining standards, including quality, health and safety, hygiene and housekeeping.
