Production Supervisor

Blue Arrow are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the production operations for their client in Dingwall.
The ideal candidate will ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently, meeting our clients quality standards and production targets.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise Production Activities: Oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that production schedules are met.
Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of production workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Quality Control: Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and maintain a safe working environment.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Inventory Management: Ensure materials and supplies are available and properly managed to avoid production delays.
Reporting: Prepare and present production reports to upper management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a technical or engineering field is a plus.
