Are you an experienced Concrete Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career?
We are looking for experienced individuals to join our clients team and travel throughout the North of Scotland to oversee large-scale concrete pours.
Locations covered will include Inverness, Elgin, Nairn and surrounding areas.
Travel to other areas across Scotland may also be required dependant on Company needs.
This is a full-time permanent position.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring high quality workmanship and managing the day-to-day operations in an efficient and effective manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in pouring large volumes of concrete, as well as significant managerial and organisational skills.
You must also be willing to commit to extensive travel, as this is a key part of the job.

Key Duties Responsible for managing a team of skilled labourers and subcontractors.
Managing all aspects of concrete works in accordance with drawings and specifications.
Organising all plant and equipment for the works.
Working to programmes and deadlines.
Ensuring health and safety is in place and adhered to.
Carrying out quality checks.
Personal Requirements Extensive experience in concrete works.
Excellent leadership skills Takes pride in producing high quality workmanship.
Ability to understand construction drawings.
SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous CSCS certified Clean driving licence


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
