Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor £45,000 Lurgan Our client is seeking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join them at their County Armagh facility on a permanent basis paying around £45,000 with an exceptional benefits package including: 10% employer pension contribution Medicash health cash plan Life assurance x3 salary Employee assistance programme Many others Working on a continental shift basis you will; Be the main contact for the team, making sure there's regular and timely communication, solving most issues within the team, and escalating bigger issues to the Manager.
Assign work, manage staffing, and handle attendance, grievances, and disciplinary matters according to company policies.
Identify, monitor, and review team training needs and create development plans.
Maintain accurate records of production changes and ensure all operational checks are done and documented.
