Production Optimization: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing production efficiency, reducing waste, and minimizing downtime.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards by monitoring production processes and conducting routine checks to ensure products meet all quality specifications.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with maintenance and technical teams to address any operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth production flow.
Staff Development: Assist in training and guiding operators, promoting best practices, and supporting skill development within the production team.
Documentation and Reporting: Accurately complete all required documentation, including shift reports, safety logs, and production records, adhering to all regulatory standards.
