Planet Pharma are partnered with a patient focused leading pharmaceutical company who are actively seeking a production shift manager to join their UK production operations team to strategically lead their production operations and relevant teams.
In this role youll be collaborating with cross functional teams with responsibilities which include manufacturing & packaging operations with responsibility for other shift working activity (i.e.
Warehouse & Engineering) regarding Oral Solid Doses (OSD) products.
Youll also be developing and monitoring key production performance indicators and implementing corrective, preventative or continuous improvement activities to address any adverse trends.
Requirements: Management/leadership experience Experience across a Pharmaceutical Packaging/Manufacturing functions Experience handling SOPs and CAPA Understanding of EMS alarms and EMS alarm testing Experience with Oral Solid Doses (this would be a bonus!)
